TRUE DETECTIVE
My current TV show addiction. Have you read THE KING IN YELLOW by Chambers? Can you see any literary influences on the show?

Re: TRUE DETECTIVE
OBSESSED.
The Carcosa reference is heavily throughout The King in Yellow, but it's source of inspiration was an Ambrose Bierce short story. It's a city that's potentially cursed and potentially located on another universe/plane/planet.
I'm seriously wondering how they are going to tie everything up this week.
