A strange tale indeed. I find myself wanting more, though--what happened next?--which, of course, is not a bad thing.

This one played out in my head like an episode of The Twilight Zone. The writing lends itself well to that television-type creature yarn, and indeed leaves a lingering desire to know what comes next, as mentioned above. I'd like to read more from Mr. Bennardo to see what else the classic influences he cites inspire.

This one has in it a bit of Ketchum's "The Box," in that you're left wanting more. That seems to be the general consensus on this one, which is, as Seven says, not a bad thing at all.

I think this one was originally "hey you guys!" flagged by Bordo...

Upon my initial read I was all "Man, this is cool...but..." then the more I thought about it, the more I said to myself..."What..."But!?"

It's such a weird tale.
