The Call of Cthulu... for children?

It's a real thing (or as real as an online publication can be. It's not been published that I can tell).

It's Lovecraft's story done as a Dr. Suess book. And very well done, I might add. I'd certainly buy a copy if they ever bound them. Check it out:

They can read it while hugging the Plush Stuffed Toy Cthulhu
That they can buy on line at a well known auction Site.

Now I understand ...when a baby babbles "goo Dah Moola"
its not sensless babble its INCANTATIONS !! They come to
manifestation in their teen years !

I think this made my day. Something else to add to the "Warp the Children" repertoire besides The Stinky Cheese Man, everything by Poe, and Goodnight, iPad by Ann Droid.

Well, to be honest, that decision will have to lie on the child on the matters of maturity. Personally, I say go ahead, after all, H.P. Lovecraft does have the best interest in the horror world.
