Great stuff... 'Worm Central', and with an opening line: "So I'm burrowing into this dead guy's eyeball..." there can be no doubt of what's to come...

My first thought when I started reading this story was, "Damn. We're going to have to reject this." Haha. I thought it was going to be stupid, you know. Skipp had sent it to us after having to withdraw a Skipp/Goodfellow tale we'd already accepted (which can now be read in the Werewolves and Shapeshifters antho). So as soon as I realized the narrator was a worm, I thought he sent us some stupid trunk story.

But I quickly realized that it was pretty bad-ass. It's a very cool tale.

Not to downgrade the tale in "Werewolves" (because it is awesome), but I like "Worm Central Tonight!" even better.

I'd have to agree on both accounts. "Plastic Fantastic" was great, but I dig "Worm Central Tonite!" better.

Fantastic! This story really reminded me why I'm blue-collar...I just shake my head and wonder "how do people think of things like this?"
