I've finished the 'zine and this was my favorite story. I can see why it was the opening piece.
The writing, tone, setting , I dug it all. The weird world on display here is so well developed, and fascinating. I hope to see more of it.

Thanks guys! Appreciate it. I've actually wanted to write a novel in this setting, but haven't gotten around to it yet
(I'd actually like to experiment with doing it as a set of stories that loosely connect together--anyone have any good examples of that?)
