I'm going to make you some CDRs of all that. Non-data this time. Or have you got a CD player that can play MP3 yet? Either way, here's a little sampling of some stuff:

lol

For a dark vibe, I usually just stick with Leonard Cohen and Morphine.

I love both those artists...

COHEN is a god. And MORPHINE were great...You ever hear the TREAT HER RIGHT disc? That was Marc Sandman's band prior to MORPHINE...more of a bluesy dirty sound but great as well.

If you don't buy vinyl, download this:

SKELETON COWBOYS (EP)

That's a vinyl-only EP. It came with a free download card so you get the MP3 version, which included an exclusive track ("Hog Trail"). The Misfits cover, "London Dungeon," is the same that's on Life After Sundown. Anyway, only 400 copies of the EP were pressed, so a download isn't so bad.

I think I posted that in the wrong thread. Haha.

And yeah, I checked out some YouTube clips. Very commercial, but it sounded good. The singer just died.

Dude, Ludo is on Shock Totem Radio!! Vrey geek-sexy!

My brother saw him in concert and said that he seemed too arrogant for me. Plus, he's short. But that doesn't kill the dream. The "Love Me Dead" video is my morphine.

Mmmm. Love Me Dead.

But no The Darkness, unless I missed it. You need to feed my growing addiction, you know. It's your fault, anyway, Shiney.
