I zoomed in on it, but I couldn't really tell. Things got blurry. However, given the motif of the rest of the decorations...

Yup. It never occurred to me to give the garland a close look. It does kinda look like teeth, but without you mentioning it I never would have guessed.

Reminds me of the Mitch Hedberg joke:

I wonder under the circumstances whether the banner should go for a while. Is it just me who looks at it and sees dead kids rather than the wonderfully macabre parody on Christmas it's supposed to be?

I understand your sentiment, but I didn't have that reaction. I could see it being felt to be in poor taste, but I don't think it really is, given that it's not related directly to the recent tragedy.

I just can't look at this image and see anything remotely real, so I can't make that connection.

Dying! I've had a chest infection for best part of a month - just about shaking it off now. What with that and real life I've not written much lately. I'm hoping to fix that over Christmas as there's an anthology I want to be a part of that closes 31st.

How are you (and, indeed, how are all Totemites)?

We've been missing the Seven.

That's what we've been up to!

December 29th. Easy to miss. I don't often post about personal things. =)
