New King Story: Premium Harmony

You can read it HERE.

Interesting style on this one. Not too meaty, but I dug it.

Not so much of a King fan. He lost me after I read Gerald's Game and Desperation one right after the other. He does have some absolutely poetic lines, though. Amazing writing style, and I admire his ability to handle such a large cast so deftly. The Stand? It? There are a ton of people in there, and he does it so well. But my attention tends to wander as of late.

Thanks for sharing Ken. Not very scary this one unless you're feeling your mortality. The real thing that caught me was that I started a bitch piece just this morning, second person even. Shit! And for those few sentences here at the end, King brought it all home to haunt me.

Thank you, Stephen. I see you're picking up on my style. You missed a few sayses out the dialogue lines (how many times do I have to say every line of dialogue should carry attribution?) but you're getting there, mate Wink

Biznezz the dog. Very good.

I'll get ya back.

This was an interesting piece. Thanks for sharing Ken. Seems like the wives and the dogs always get it in the end eh?

Kerr struck it right with the mortality bit though... probably more of a "it could happen anywhere at any time" kind of thing. Life lesson possibly, unlearned by our friend Ray who went back for the smokes. Wink
