Owen King

Now this is interesting. King's youngest son has written a novella and a handful of short stories as well. It's getting pretty decent reviews at Amazon. Has anyone read it?

Came out a while ago, right? I think it's the only thing he's done. Could be wrong, though.

I've never read it, but I'd be interested in doing so.

I've got it on order. I'll pass it along to you when I'm done with it if you like.

Word. Good idea. We don't want to support this King clan too much. Fuckers are trying to monopolize the horror field!

I sent it along to John. It was good writing, but nothing too spectacular.

I have this one. I liked that he went with a type of fiction totally unlike his father's. It was solid writing, but nothing that really grabbed me. THe stories were good but not overly memorable I thought.

I have this now. Nick sent it to me, I think. Haven't read it yet, though.

Of course he now has a novel out, Double Feature. I really liked it. THe ending gave me some problems, but by and large I thought it was really well written and I was very engrossed in the tale and the characters.
