Dreamcatcher

Post by andrewkempster on Fri Sep 11, 2009 6:00 pm

I soooo looked forward to this film coming out. ITCHED to watch this film.....

It's one of the only films I've seen in the cinema that almost had me walking out. If anybody's seen this AND read the book, pass some comments.

Spoiler:
When Duddits turned into an alien at the end, am I the only who thought 'What the FUCK?'

I loved the book but this sucked balls.

Yeah, I loved the book as well, read it in under a week, but that movie was a fucking joke! Haha.

I had no problem with the movie. I liked both the book and the movie. Of course King does such a fantastic job of allowing you to paint a mental picture of the characters in your head.

Didn't care that much for the book (although like everything King writes, It was worth reading), and skipped the film version. Heard really bad things about it, though.

I enjoyed the book and went into the film wandering how the memory library was going to translate to screen. The end also had my crying, "WTF?" Up until that last few minutes, I was liking it.
