Where to go for Black Sabbath OOP?

Post by Guest on Wed Aug 19, 2009 11:34 pm

I know this has been cover at Heart of Metal, but I couldn't find a thread for it.

Where would be a good place to go for OOP CDs?

I'm specifically looking for Tyr, Forbidden, Cross Purposes, Cross Purposes Live, and Headless Cross. Thanks!

Wow... See, I have NO CLUE where to go to look for albums. I've never known where any of the indie stores are at.

I looked a few up last week, but there are some over in East Lansing (aka - college town) and it's always so crowded over there and I'd just get lost anyway.

Dude, hit up pawn shops, Goodwill stores, etc. There must be quite a few pawn shops in Lansing, right? Isn't it a bit ghetto fabulous there?

I'm from the lakes region near Detroit originally, and I always found good stuff in that area when I went back to visit. I imagine Lansing should be pretty good pickings.

I can get "Forbidden" for you...there is a copy at the used shop near my work....How much are you willing to pay, as it's in his "rare" box which means it'll be between $15 -$30...I have to check..

I'll have to look up pawn shops.

And yes, there are parts of Lansing that are quite disgusting. The whole south side particularly. Looks like a scene from The History Channel's Life After People. Very Happy And I thought parts of Fort Walton Beach, FL (where I last lived) were run down!

Some of it's nice though. I don't know where the rich neighborhoods are, but I live on the west side (Delta Township) it's pretty nice and has been described as "the white side of town". Laughing

Yeah, the white side of town is never quite what it implies. Haha. It's like when we used to go to Club Discovery in Little Rock. It was a gay dance club, and we'd go on Saturdays which was "straight night." Yeah, not so much. More straight people doesn't make it "straight night." Haha.
